We do accept returns of our products. If you wish to return an item for any reason, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item and the product must be returned within 14 days after receipt of order. Please note that you will be responsible for the postal/carrier costs of returning the item. The refund will be for the value of the item excluding postal/carrier costs.
For unwanted items, we will refund you less our handling charges and our sending out postal /carriage costs (Standard handling charge is 20%).
All returned item/s must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or removed from packaging and/or is not suitable for re-sale.
Please ensure that when you return goods you include the following information: Name, Our Order ID or Invoice Date of Purchase, Reason for Return. Without this information we will not be able to process a refund.
Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier because they have attempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer’s local sorting office/courier depot, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver. If you do not pay for redelivery we will refund only the cost of the item minus a 20% administration fee to cover wasted costs. This is non negotiable.
In the event of an item arriving damaged please contact us immediately and we shall look into resolving the situation.
